Integricare

This outfit started as a germ of an idea in a Pirelli guy’s head. He got a couple of investors, some on-the-ground expertise, and a couple of medical advisors together to form this company. All they did was create the brand and the concept, incorporate, issue get together a six van fleet (for durables and gases) and a few delivery and nursing personnel. They didn’t even have million dollars in sales on the books when they sold the business for three times that much. So they never really did anything, and were bought out almost immediately. Each of the original investors walked away with at least $200,000 and no non-compete. Pretty sweet.
